A two-story home from the 1920s that's been fully renovated in a modern, farmhouse style, perfect for retreats, getaways or weddings. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and separate heat and air. Common spaces include an open concept floor plan with living area, dining room and full kitchen, laundry area, 1/2 bath, dreamy wrap around porch and a fabulous covered outdoor living space with a silo fireplace that really makes a statement. The Farmhouse is just a few minutes walk from historic Downtown Pawhuska and the Pioneer Woman Mercantile.

Right next door to our Farmhouse is the cottage, the perfect hideaway for a couple's weekend. The floorplan strikes a delicate balance between intimate and spacious with a large bedroom and bathroom featuring couple's sinks and a jacuzzi tub. The open living room and fully featured kitchen will effortlessly accommodate a home-cooked breakfast or a romantic dinner. Whether you're looking to spend some time with that special someone, or just want a quiet place to rest and recharge, the Cottage is the perfect choice.

the first floor. The master bedroom and bath are also handicap accessible.
